• Milestone Achieved: 
  • Architectural plans have been successfully approved by both the Quebec and Vermont governments and Historic Preservation Societies.
  • Excavation of the new Canadian handicapped parking lot is complete.
  • Exterior walkways on the northeast side of the building have been extended and widened.
• Current Work: 
  • Masonry work is underway on the exterior entrance.
  • Interior entrance is being plastered and painted.
  • Installation of the portico is in progress.
• Next Steps: 
  • Installation of doors and windows.
  • Construction of the retaining wall.
  • Paving of the Canadian parking lot.

Funding

• Milestone Achieved: Secured $320,000 through GoFundMe, PayPal, and various donations from individuals and foundations.
• Current Work: Submitted applications for government funding and drafted a fundraising letter.
• Next Steps: Organizing fundraising events throughout the year.​
